Introduction:
Convenient construction, non curing residual adhesive,easy to clean;
The maximum applicable temperature is 155 ℃;
Meets the requirements of ROHS and REACH directives;Use a temperature of 155 ℃.
Instruction:
Clean the adhesive surface and keep it dry
Apply adhesive solution to the threaded joint and ensure that the construction surface is tightly adhered;
Apply glue at room temperature (23 ℃), preliminarily fix for 5-20 minutes, and fully cure within 24 hours (the curing time is extended at low temperatures)
Applications:
Thread locking and sealing for fasteners up to M36;
Assembly, locking and sealing of cylindrical bearings, rotors,gears and other components;
Improves machining accuracy and fitting strength, preventing loosening caused by vibration.
