Product Application
Two-component thermal gel is a room-temperature cross-linkable liquid silicone for electronic device cooling. It is mixed in a 1:1 ratio of Part A (colored liquid) and Part B (white liquid), and cures naturally or with heat acceleration.
After curing, it forms a thermally conductive layer with excellent elasticity and ultra-low modulus, perfectly filling even micro gaps to minimize thermal resistance.
It features good flexibility, high electrical insulation, and low probe resistance to meet automatic dispensing requirements, improving production efficiency. It also offers excellent thermal conductivity, ultra-low stress, environmental non-toxicity, and outstanding interface wetting and filling properties. It complies with RoHS, halogen-free and REACH environmental standards.
