Introduction:
Thermal Conductive Silicone Sealant is primarily composed of adhesive and thermally conductive fillers. It is a paste-like mixture before application, and cures through molecular crosslinking over time under specific conditions.
Our thermally conductive silicone gel is a one-part room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber with excellent adhesion, eliminating the need for mechanical fastening. It cures at room temperature with simple conditions, is reworkable, and typically cures to a thickness of 4-5 mils.
However, it is sensitive to the surface condition of heat sinks, with reduced bonding strength on contaminated components or heat sinks.
Applications:
It is widely used in power supply, chargers and other parts for the fixed,bonding, sealing, heat conduction LED lamp radiator and PCB for bonding and thermal conduction. Suitable for SMD Chips
